What does “minimum users billed” mean?
Each plan has a minimum number of users you pay for, even if your team is smaller. For example, Starter bills a minimum of 5 users — perfect for a solo broker who wants room to add a few people without changing plans.
What happens when my team grows past my plan?
Nothing breaks. When you add people beyond your plan's limit, you simply move up to the next plan on your next invoice — prorated to the day, so you only pay the new rate for the time you actually used it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Switch plans or billing cycles anytime in Settings → Subscription. Changes are prorated automatically, and your next invoice shows exactly what changed and why.
How do I add Property Management?
It's an optional add-on you can switch on or off in Settings → Subscription. It adds rental properties, tenants, leases, rent collection, and maintenance tracking for a flat per-user monthly cost on top of any plan.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required. You can explore every feature and only get billed after the trial ends.
